Every order gets a little Amor y Moda attention before it heads your way. Here’s what to expect.
Regular orders
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing while we prepare, print or stamp as needed, tag and package your order before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional.
Shipping is charged separately. US orders ship through USPS. International orders ship through USPS, UPS or DHL, depending on the destination.
Pat-Med school orders
Pat-Med school delivery is free—no shipping charge. These orders follow the school shop’s ordering and distribution schedule, separate from regular shipped orders. Please follow the Pat-Med school shop instructions for school delivery.
Custom orders: your idea, our creativity
From a single special piece to a whole group order, let’s make something personal. One-item orders cost more per item; larger quantities receive better per-item pricing. Your quote depends on the quantity and artwork involved.
Please contact us at least three weeks before you need your order. Custom orders generally take 14 business days to approximately three weeks, depending on the order size and whether you supply ready-to-use artwork or we create it for you. Detailed original sketches and larger projects may require more time than simple doodles. We’ll confirm your timeline by email; allow additional time for shipping.
You approve the design by email before we print.

Returns & exchanges
Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized orders are final sale for change-of-mind requests. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our policy.
