Custom orders
Single pieces and group orders are welcome! Larger quantities receive better per-item pricing. Tell us your item type, quantity, sizes, needed-by date and whether you’re providing artwork or would like Jessica to create it.
Please give us at least three weeks’ notice. Custom orders generally take 14 business days to approximately three weeks; detailed original artwork and larger orders may need longer. We’ll confirm your quote and timeline by email, and you’ll approve the design before we print.
Regular orders take 7–10 business days to process before shipping. Shipping is charged separately; Pat-Med school delivery is free and follows its own schedule.

Returns & exchanges
Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized orders are final sale for change-of-mind requests. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our policy.
