Amor y Moda Return & Exchange Policy

Every order is packed with care, and we want you to feel good about your purchase.

Regular collection items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with their original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Contact us at amorymoda10@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request approval. Approved returns must be mailed within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs for an exchange. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. No restocking fee applies.

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Custom & personalized orders — final sale

Custom and personalized orders are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind. This includes orders featuring custom artwork, names, logos, or school and group designs made to order.

Please review your size, garment color, spelling, uploaded artwork, and any design proof carefully. Customer-approved details and sizing selections are not eligible for a free remake or refund when the finished item matches the order.

Cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once artwork creation or production has begun.

Sale items

Items explicitly marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Other discounted items follow our regular return policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us promptly—ideally within 7 days of delivery—with your order number and photos.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. Final-sale exclusions do not apply to these issues.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law, including any required cancellation or refund rights for shipping delays. A written copy is available upon request.
